Legacy Counseling and Consulting, LLC was created to help others on their journey to healing, fullness, and restoration. The aim is to provide you with resources to help you access strengths you already possess but may not know you have them. Guiding you in your education, awareness and to support you in different aspects of your life. Together we can go on a journey of healing and restoration.

Our mission

We envision a world where: mental health is treated like any other health issue and is accessible to all. More support to families and youth from the community, to break the stigma of Mental Health issues. We will be a part of advocating for mental health and providing education to all.

In my office you are allowed to come as you are, no judgement, no embarrassment, never too “broken”, no condemnation or Christianity being forced on you. This office is a place of healing for my clients, all are welcomed!
